With the integration of Spotler Message (formerly Eazy), they transformed the sign-up experience by using <a href=\"https:\/\/spotler.com\/en-de\/solutions\/use-cases\/whatsapp-for-business\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/spotler.com\/solutions\/use-cases\/whatsapp-for-business\">WhatsApp<\/a> as the onboarding channel, making it faster and more user-friendly. Customer scans QR code in store<\/h4>\n<p>Customers can now scan a QR code at the checkout when paying for their products. WhatsApp conversation will start automatically<\/h4>\n<p>After scanning the QR code, a preconfigured WhatsApp message is automatically sent to the main Rituals number. Customer fills out the registration form<\/h4>\n<p>The customer receives a message via WhatsApp to fill in a registration form. Automatic registration for new customers<\/h4>\n<p>If the customer is not yet a member, they will be registered immediately.
