Spotler’s 2024 benchmark takes data from Spotler’s B2B and B2C email platforms for the last 3 years (2021-2023). As well as the overall trends, we’ve looked at the performance of B2B and B2C campaigns separately, as the different approaches lead to different results, and different conclusions.
