What are Values Worth?

Organisations spend a lot of time, effort and resources, trying to clarify, articulate and communicate their values. Well done them.

But who cares? Do your customers? Do they really – unconsciously?

In this session, neuromarketer Katie Hart presents the findings from recent research, outlining the way consumers respond to common value messages. But these are not their conscious, overt responses.

Katie will be using the physiological measures from brain scans, to share with you the unconscious way their brains REALLY respond. And it is these unconscious responses which are the drivers of future decisions and behaviours. Therefore, if we understand unconscious responses, we have a far greater chance of being able to engage, inform and influence our audiences.

So, this session could prove to be literally invaluable.
