Most participants<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW61741494 BCX0\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW61741494 BCX0\">we<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW61741494 BCX0\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW61741494 BCX0\">re<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW61741494 BCX0\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW61741494 BCX0\">comfortable with<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW61741494 BCX0\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW61741494 BCX0\">O<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW61741494 BCX0\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW61741494 BCX0\">utlook due to its familiarity so we&#8217;re drawn to it.<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW61741494 BCX0\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW61741494 BCX0\">The group w<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW61741494 BCX0\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW61741494 BCX0\">ho were seen to<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW61741494 BCX0\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW61741494 BCX0\">have the least positive outcomes from<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW61741494 BCX0\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW61741494 BCX0\"><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW61741494 BCX0\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW61741494 BCX0\">O<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW61741494 BCX0\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW61741494 BCX0\">utlook were the interns, people who have had the least exposure to that<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW61741494 BCX0\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW61741494 BCX0\">format<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW61741494 BCX0\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW61741494 BCX0\">. Therefore, it should be noted that your emails<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW61741494 BCX0\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW61741494 BCX0\">could include a variety of<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW61741494 BCX0\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW61741494 BCX0\">layout<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW61741494 BCX0\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW61741494 BCX0\">s that we explored, such as gifs, pyramid, or zig-zag<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW61741494 BCX0\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW61741494 BCX0\">, to appeal to a broader range of demographics<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW61741494 BCX0\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW61741494 BCX0\">.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"EOP SCXW61741494 BCX0\" data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/spotler.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/iStock-1185388148-4.jpg\" width=\"540\" height=\"540\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-67587\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"67587\" \/><\/h4>\n<h4><span class=\"TextRun SCXW57839060 BCX0\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW57839060 BCX0\">What should I avoid?<\/span><\/span><span class=\"EOP SCXW57839060 BCX0\" data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Long passages of text produced 4.96% less engagement<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0than\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">O<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">utlook<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, making it the least engaging format we tested.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">While this level of engagement isn\u2019t bad,\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">long text ranked 7<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">th<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0o<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ut of 8 formats<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. On the other hand, short-text only ranked 6<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">th<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, with an overall score of 322.23 (compared to\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">the long text score of 319.67).
