Traffic goes the other way too: inbound email is routed to the system that should handle it rather than piling up in a mailbox, and webhooks push delivery, bounce and engagement events straight back into your own application.

Delivery, bounce, open and click data appear as it happens, per message and per link, so support colleagues can check a specific email themselves instead of raising a ticket with whoever runs your mail server. Link tagging automatically adds UTM parameters, so traffic from transactional email shows up properly in your analytics rather than as direct visits.
