The Buckles integration is set up to seamlessly work with default Spotler campaigns. Within minutes you can be up and running, ready to collect data. Do you have custom data flows? Buckles’ powerful filtering and mapping engine allows you to transform or filter any data that you sent.

The integration supports the following data streams:

Customer profiles

Buckles automatically creates customer profiles whenever an order, checkout or newsletter subscription is received through sales integrations. These customer profiles are propagated to your Spotler database in real-time. Whenever a customer profile changes in Spotler, this is fed back to Buckles and updated in connected platforms where the customer profile is saved.

Orders and products

When new orders and products are imported into Buckles, they are immediately propagated to Spotler. This way, any campaign that relies on detailed product information or last date of purchase has the latest data to act upon.
