The way we integrate AI into our software means that our customers can be sure AI will give them maximum support in using our applications. Our AI solutions enhance your communication and offer excellent data predictions. This helps you save time, energy and money. And you ensure better interaction and more conversions. We also minimise data storage and avoid storing privacy-sensitive information. These restrictions have been implemented in our AI solutions. But what makes our vision truly unique is that you decide when and how you use AI.
AI has become an integral part of the way we work. There are many possibilities. But that also means we need to consider the implications of using AI. We too get questions like: what happens to all the prompts we deploy, and what about the data that goes into AI machines? We take these customer questions seriously. In all AI developments, we look at important laws and regulations. We protect you from violating the GDPR, the AI act, or the DDMA Code for Email.
When developing its AI-driven chat functions, for example, Spotler has ensured data is not stored for longer than 30 days and that – despite integrations with OpenAI – OpenAI cannot use this data for (its own) training and modelling purposes. Furthermore, we work with regex recognition. This prevents sensitive data such as phone numbers or bank details from entering our systems.
In our (email) editors, the prompts for applying generative AI functions are pre-programmed. Summarising and translating content, applying a certain tone-of-voice and generating content via URL input are standardised in the editor. This allows us to monitor the information shared with OpenAI.
If your organisation’s policy does not allow the use of generative AI, you can disable the full AI module without having to say goodbye to using Spotler products. The deployment of generative AI is completely optional. No other SaaS company offers this possibility.
Within our Customer Data Platform, standardised AI predictive models provide insight into customers who are likely to make a purchase, how often they might do so and how much they are willing to spend. With this predictive AI solution, you focus on maximising Customer Lifetime Value (CLV): a marketing strategy that leads to increased revenue and greater insights.
Our predictive AI is also optional. It is an add-on. Our predictive AI solution generates insights via learning and validation patterns from historical data. This intelligent AI application has required a lot of development time. Because it is an add-on, and because it involved extensive development time, we offer this module at an additional cost.
The EU regulates the use of AI technology through the AI Act. A key part of this legislation is that organisations must be transparent about the deployment of generative AI and the rules around copyright, for example. As you have read, Spotler provides this reassurance. In addition, our hosting partners are based in Amsterdam and Frankfurt. They are certified for ISO 27001, ISO 9001, SOC 2 Type II and, like Spotler, they are fully GDPR compliant.
