Do message credits expire?
The subscription’s credit bundle is only valid for the determined billing period. Yearly subscriptions have the advantages when dealing with seasonal traffic.
What happens if I exceed the limits of my Basic or Premium plan?
SendPro never stops sending your messages – even if you send more than you anticipated. In the case of oversending, we bill you a cost per mille (tbd with Sales).
Are there extra costs for specific features?
Our core features to design, deliver, and track emails are included in both subscription models. We don’t charge for additional tools outside of these subscription models.
Do you offer a Premium Service Level Agreement?
Yes, we do offer a premium service level agreement when required. This includes access to a 24/7 emergency phone number and proactive management of your account.
