Via a connector for Mail+ developed by Spotler:

AFAS Profit

The integration between your AFAS Profit environment and your Spotler account is via our Connector Platform. The data on the Connector Platform remains with Spotler Mail+ and is not processed via a third party. We set up the connection on the Connector Platform so that the source system (AFAS Profit) can communicate with the target system (Spotler Mail+ account).

In that case, you must purchase our Spotler Mail+ API so that this can actually be achieved.

Depending on your wishes, additional costs may be charged for your template. You can create a template in your own corporate identity free of charge. Do you have specific design wishes? Then we are happy to design special content blocks or a completely tailor-made template for you. The costs for this are calculated separately because the wishes vary greatly per customer.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can the subscription be canceled monthly?

No, at Spotler we use annual licenses. The subscription will only start after you have agreed to the quote. You can cancel the current subscription up to one month before the subscription expires.

Do I pay monthly or annually?

Billing is per year. So you pay the annual amount of the chosen subscription for the subscription. The amount for one-off costs (templates, connection setup) will be invoiced 14 days after signing the proposal.

Which payment method do you use?

We will send an invoice for payment. You can make the payment by bank transfer.

Can I try Spotler Mail+ first?

Yes, you can try Spotler Mail+. We would first like to give you an online demonstration in which we will go through all the functions of the software with you. You will then retain access to the demo account for a week to familiarize yourself with our software.

Is Spotler Mail+ also available in another language?

Yes. Spotler Mail+ is now available and usable in two languages: English and Dutch. The Spotler Help Center is available in two languages: English and Dutch.

Will we receive training in using Spotler Mail+?

Every setup of a Spotler account includes product training. You will, among other things, draw up a newsletter, analyze the results and practice with online forms.
