Shimano develop products for cycling, fishing and rowing. They faced 2 key challenges:

  • Their customers do their research online, then purchase in stores. They call this ROPO (Research Online, Purchase Offline)
  • Their network of offline retailers didn’t have much time to invest in social content

Spotler Social helped them to tackle this; setting up an advocacy program where Shimano provided the content, and retailers can share it in a single click.
