For our Support department we are looking for a colleague who will support our customers and partners with marketing automation questions, with a focus on our CDP product. For this position, affinity with marketing technology, frontend (web) design and software in general is a plus.
As a Support Specialist, you enjoy the challenge of solving all kinds of questions together with your colleagues. You truly are the business card of our organization. Internally, the Support department also plays an important role. As a team member, you gather valuable insights into how customers and partners experience our products and services. This input is crucial for the further development of our software.

If the introduction is positive, we will plan a second interview, in which you will meet the team. This interview will take place at one of our offices, but can also be held online if that suits you better. During this interview, you will go into more detail about the content of the position, your role within the team and what you can expect. Collegiality is very important to us, so we will ensure that you also get to know several direct colleagues.
We believe in showing what you can do. For example, if you indicate that you are good at HTML, we ask you to show this. Are you a star in writing? Then we would like to receive a blog from you.
