At Spotler, we invest in people who want to grow. That’s why we created the Spotler Talent Program: a development journey for colleagues who want to challenge themselves, build new skills and make a real impact within Spotler.

During the program, participants work on real-life challenges from our organisation. They collaborate with colleagues from different teams and countries, take ownership of their projects and translate ideas into solutions that truly move our teams forward.

“I didn’t know exactly what to expect, but what a journey it’s been. Together with amazing colleagues from different teams and countries, we worked on a group challenge to explore how we can use AI to support our teams in our daily work. I’m so proud of what we achieved together. And alongside that, I got to work on myself. Learning more about who I am as a colleague, how I show up in a team, and what I want to grow towards. Also honestly proud of my own growth during these past months.”

The first edition of the program was a great success. Participants embraced the #OneTeam mindset, demonstrated true #Ownership in their projects and approached every challenge with a #SolutionDriven attitude. Both group challenges were taken on with great energy and commitment, resulting in strong, concrete outcomes that delivered real value for our teams and organisation. Along the way, participants took time to reflect on their strengths, gained insight into how they collaborate with others and defined clear personal growth goals.
