Which payment methods do you use?

An invoice will be sent to you for payment, which can be settled via bank transfer.

Can I buy just one product?

Absolutely! Our Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud offer a variety of connected tools that work seamlessly together, but you don’t need to purchase everything at once. If you only need one product to integrate into your existing tech stack, we’re happy to provide just that. We’ll support you in getting the most out of it and ensuring your success.

How does billing work across multiple products?

While the products in our Clouds are seamlessly connected and work together, each has its own Value Metric, meaning the value you get from each product is measured differently depending on the use case. If you’re using more than one Spotler product, your invoice will clearly list each product and the number of units you’re using. Each product has its own pricing, and the total amount of your invoice will be the sum of the prices for the products you’ve used.

Do I pay monthly or yearly?

Billing is annual. You’ll pay an upfront fee for your selected product and plan, covering the full year. Any one-time costs, such as templates, integrations, setup, configurations, or customisations (if applicable), will be invoiced no later than 14 days after signing the proposal.

Can the subscription be cancelled on a monthly basis?

No, at Spotler we offer annual licenses. Your subscription begins once you accept the quote. You can cancel the subscription up to one month before it expires.

Are my data safe?

At Spotler, we prioritise both professional marketing communication and your data security. We are ISO-27001 certified, ensuring a high level of information security for all our customers.
