Spotler Group has acquired Capital ID, a Dutch SaaS provider specialising in Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Brand Management technology. With this addition, Spotler Group expands its ability to help organisations create consistent, on-brand communications at scale.

Capital ID is best known for its flagship solution, the ID Brand Portal, which make organisations communicate better. The platform combines templating, digital brand guidelines, asset management, microsites, campaign management and more – enabling organisations to centralise their brand assets while empowering both central and decentralised teams to work efficiently within clear brand governance. 

Already trusted by a broad customer base, including a strong footprint within healthcare, education and Dutch governmental organisations and municipalities, Capital ID brings proven expertise in supporting complex, multi-stakeholder environments. 

Integration with Spotler marketing tools for consistent branding 

For Spotler Group, the acquisition marks a strategic step forward. Most Spotler products today include non-governed assets, whereas Capital ID offers an enterprise-grade layer of brand governance that can benefit all Spotler customers. The ID Brand Portal fits seamlessly with Spotler’s roadmap of offering more value through complementary, integrated products across its marketing technology ecosystem.

Founded in 2002, Capital ID brings 16 new colleagues into the Dutch Spotler organisation. The team will continue to operate from Zwolle while working closely with Spotler Group on future product development and integration.
