Yes. Your dedicated Solutions Consultant remains your point of contact, and your Customer Success Manager doesn’t change either. If you run into anything, just report it the way you’re used to.
Yes. Our office in Zwolle isn’t going anywhere.
Nothing. Your Brand Portal works just as you’re used to, with the same features, roles and permissions.
Nothing changes in how we handle your data. Helga Wesselink remains Privacy Officer and Marcel Braakman remains Security Officer. The ISO 27001 certification stays in place and the platform continues to comply with GDPR.
