How we recruit over 17,000 applicants each year

For Actief Werkt! we used a total approach in which all channels had to come together. Landing pages were optimised for the highest conversion rates and the channel choices were made based on the target group that had to be addressed.

In order to be visible from the 12 branches for Actief Werkt! we use an always-on strategy. In addition, a BI connector was made with the reporting system to be able to measure the effectiveness of the campaigns and job boards and to adjust the recruitment based on results.

Here, search campaigns, video campaigns and website traffic campaigns were deployed via Meta, LinkedIn and Google, in which we worked with separate landing pages where we shoot all applicants directly into the system via e-mail marketing and follow up in order to measure the results.
