We are proud to announce that Spotler has become a Gold Technology Partner of Shopware. This means that both companies have agreed to intensify technological (and commercial) collaboration. One outcome of this partnership is the availability of the Shopware connector in the Shopware store, which allows Spotler Activate and Spotler Mail+ to be quickly and easily integrated with Shopware’s e-commerce platform.

Integration with Shopware 6 Boosts Marketing Power

The integration is set up through our connector platform Spotler Connect, which allows you to easily integrate Spotler Activate and/or Spotler Mail+ seamlessly with Shopware 6. This connection has many advantages. Contacts, products, and order history are synchronized from Shopware 6, and in return, (new) contacts, unsubscribes, bounces, and online and email activities are sent back.

This keeps all your contacts continuously up-to-date in your contact database(s), ensuring you always have the correct information. In addition to your customer database, your product catalog is automatically kept up-to-date as well.

With this, you can easily create a newsletter featuring product blocks. Of course, you can also display recommendation blocks in your shop based on browsing behavior. You decide what details to show for each product, such as the product name, price, and image, or even the brand or review score. For segmentation purposes, order history is also available.

This allows you to send targeted emails to specific RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary value) segments or make the content of your messages more relevant based on what someone has purchased within a certain period. With the integration, you can launch various automated campaigns via email from Activate and/or Mail+, or even via WhatsApp if you have an integration between Activate and WhatsApp. Think of campaigns like a Welcome campaign, an Abandoned Cart campaign, or a Win-back campaign.

This powerful integration adds more marketing power to your brand or shop through your Shopware 6 store, resulting in higher customer engagement and, ultimately, more revenue for your store.
