Gain full command over which contacts, accounts, and activities sync, only when it makes sense. Our two-way connector intelligently checks for duplicates, ensuring your Salesforce instance stays clean and reliable without extra admin overhead. It synchronises contacts, organisations, dynamic lists, email sends, opens, clicks, form fills, page views, and event statuses in real time. Sales teams gain instant visibility into prospect activity, accelerating follow-ups, while marketers benefit from fresh, accurate data to craft targeted segments and nurture workflows.
Run highly personalised, multi-channel campaigns with ease. Using Spotler’s intuitive drag-and-drop email builder, marketers can assemble responsive, dynamic, on-brand emails in minutes.
Event management, invites, registrations and on-site check-ins, is handled through Spotler’s events tools, with every registration detail and attendance record synchronised back to the corresponding Salesforce campaign. This tight integration ensures your marketing initiatives and sales efforts stay perfectly aligned.
Ever wondered who’s sneaking a peek at your website before they even fill in a form? Spotler helps you track anonymous visitor behaviour, pinpoint the company they work for and record pages they explore. You’ll instantly see what sparks each lead’s interest and exactly where they are on their buying journey. Then, score your prospects by their actions to spot those most likely to convert so only the most engaged leads are synced to Salesforce Sales Cloud. The result? A clutter-free CRM, a turbocharged sales team, and campaigns that always hit the sweet spot!
The connector works with Salesforce Sales Cloud. You’ll need a Professional, Enterprise or Non-profit license.
New contacts can be created as either Leads or Contacts in Salesforce, whichever fits how your team works.
There are two ways. The first is to build a list as a new report in Salesforce. Here you can apply several selection criteria, link the list to an existing campaign, then choose to sync it to Spotler. The second is to create a list straight from a campaign. When you set up the campaign, choose to sync to Spotler. Keep in mind this route means adding contacts manually.
Best of all, you can use previous opens, clicks, as criteria to build new list reports. So your next campaign starts from real behaviour.
Yes, with custom field mapping. By default, one marketing permission (your newsletter opt-in) is mapped for you. Want to keep more permissions in sync? That takes a little custom mapping. Unsubscribes flow both ways too. If someone opts out in Salesforce, it syncs to your Spotler products, and the same happens the other way around.
Want the full overview? All your opens, clicks, event registrations, attendance and form fills (your digital activities) sit in a separate tab called Spotler Digital Activities. You can also see these digital activities at contact level. For reporting per campaign, that’s available for Spotler Mail+ mailings.
