SugarCRM integration

The Dutch government required an integration between Spotler and SugarCRM to streamline their processes. Based on their functional requirements, we designed and implemented this integration. The solution enables seamless two-way synchronization of contact data, ensuring that updates are reflected in both systems. Additionally, opt-out preferences are automatically processed, regardless of whether they are initiated in Spotler or SugarCRM.
