In the recently published Top 25 Software Sector Report 2025, Spotler is positioned among the absolute leaders of the Dutch software market, based on strong financial performance, high productivity and proven scalability.
The report was compiled by the IT, Software & Technology (IST) team of Aeternus and provides an in-depth analysis of the performance of leading Dutch software companies over the period 2019–2023.
Objective assessment of growth, productivity and efficiency
All companies included in the Top 25 were assessed using a combination of six financial and operational criteria, including gross profit and EBITDA growth over five years, gross profit and EBITDA per FTE in 2023, and the development of these metrics per employee. Together, these indicators provide insight into both growth capacity and operational efficiency.

The third-place ranking confirms that Spotler has not only achieved strong growth in recent years, but has done so in a structurally scalable and profitable way.
