Send every transactional email through reliable SMTP & API connections

Connect over SMTP or the SendPro API, and every message runs through the same flows, tracking, archiving and templating.

Sending shouldn’t mean running your own mail server

SendPro gives you two ways in, SMTP and API, both backed by the same managed sending infrastructure.

What it looks like in action

Source setup

Add as many Sources as you have systems that send mail, each one isolated from the others.

Flows

Once a message enters through a Source, a flow’s conditions can match on that Source specifically.

Reporting

Because every message carries the Source it came from, SendPro can report on each one individually.

Connect however your stack already sends

Swap an SMTP relay in with no code changes, or integrate the API directly for structured JSON, templates and per-message data. Either way, a clear domain set-up wizard configures SPF and DKIM for every sender domain you add.

Deliverability and visibility, handled for you

99.8% inbox placement and delivery in under a second come from a sending reputation SendPro manages on your behalf. Bounces are tracked automatically, with retries for soft bounces, and every send flows through the same Tracking, Archive and Webhooks you already use.

Other great features in Spotler SendPro

Message Archive

Keep a complete copy of every message (body, alternate parts and attachments) on a retention period you control per flow.

Open & Click Tracking

Add tracking to the flows where engagement matters, gated by condition, feeding real-time statistics the moment it happens.

Webhooks

Push delivery, open, click and bounce events back into your own systems in real time, instead of polling for status.

Frequently asked questions

Should I integrate via SMTP or the API?

Either works, and both land in the same sending pipeline. SMTP is a drop-in swap for existing mail code: point your application at the relay with a host, port and source credentials, and nothing else changes. The API gives you more control: structured JSON, templates by alias, and per-message data. When you’re building the integration from scratch or need finer-grained control per send.

How many sender domains can I set up?

Five on SendPro Basic, and unlimited on Premium and Enterprise. Each one goes through a domain set-up wizard that configures SPF and DKIM, so authentication is in place before you start sending.

How is deliverability actually handled?

SendPro manages the sending reputation, IP infrastructure and monitoring behind every domain, which is how it maintains a 99.8% inbox placement rate with delivery typically landing in under a second. That’s infrastructure your team doesn’t have to build or maintain.

What happens to bounces and complaints?

Bounces are tracked automatically, with retries for addresses that soft-bounce, and hard bounces or complaints feed the Recipient Filter so bad addresses stop being sent to without you having to manage that list by hand.

Can I send dynamic content and attachments over SMTP or the API?

Yes. Once a message reaches SendPro, the same template engine and dynamic attachment generation (personalised PDFs, CSVs, calendar items) apply regardless of whether it arrived over SMTP or the API.

How do I get visibility into what happened after I sent a message?

Real-time statistics show delivery, open, click and complaint events the moment they happen, Message Archive keeps a full copy of what was sent, and Webhooks can push those same events back into your own systems instead of you having to poll for status.
