Luxury Coastal is a UK-based independent travel company operating within the Travel & Tourism sector. Specialising in tailored UK holidays, they curate exceptional stays designed around their customers’ needs. From romantic coastal getaways and weekend retreats to group reunions and special celebrations.

With a strong reputation for quality and personal service, Luxury Coastal wanted its marketing to reflect the same premium, personalised experience its guests enjoy.

A need for more data-driven email marketing

When Luxury Coastal onboarded with Spotler in May 2025, email marketing was not a core focus of their strategy. Using their previous supplier, their email activity was:

Connecting booking data with email campaigns

For the first time, email became a connected, strategic channel rather than a standalone broadcast tool.
