The collaboration between Clixz and Spotler goes back to the time before the acquisition of Flowmailer, now Spotler SendPro. At that time, we integrated the technology of Spotler SendPro and later the WhatsApp functionality of Spotler Engage into the Leads and Sales module of the ClixzPlatform, and in this way expanded the functionality of the platform.
Seamless integration of your Spotler product
For various joint customers, we automated various subprocesses within the marketing process using Spotler SendPro and Spotler Mail+. For these customers in the Service and installation sector, we set up automatic mailing campaigns with data from the ERP and CRM.
An example of such an application is the automatic sending of personal offers to customers who own outdated central heating boilers, with the aim of strengthening customer loyalty and promoting upselling. We also set up monitoring dashboards.
