Automatic data exchange
With the connector, new and changed contacts in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM automatically become new and changed contacts in Spotler Mail+. This applies to both customers and leads. If you delete a contact in Dynamics 365 CRM, all permissions are turned off for that contact in Spotler Mail+ so that this contact will no longer be emailed.
Enrich profile data
For a complete customer card, data from Spotler Mail+ is also available in Dynamics 365 CRM through the many mapping options. Spotler Mail+ offers various options for profile enrichment. Think of forms, surveys, statistics of click behavior, opens, etc. It is also visible which mailings a customer or lead has received and which mailing they have opened and what they have clicked on.
Bounces and unsubscribes
A email address that is unreachable is registered as a bounce in Spotler Mail+. A bounce is automatically followed up by the connector in Dynamics 365 CRM with a task. The correct account manager is asked to check the data and take action. Unsubscribes are also processed directly and automatically.
Control automations
With the connector, you can start Dynamics 365 CRM automatic email campaigns in Spotler Mail+. For example, think of a welcome process for new customers, an email with a brochure or an automatic ‘customer lifecycle campaign’ that is relevant to the recipient.
Selections directly in Spotler Mail+
Dynamics 365 CRM offers an extensive selection option based on all available data. With the push of a button, such a selection is immediately available – as a temporary list – for a new mailing in Spotler Mail+.
