Competence Factory benefited from iO’s implementation of a personalisation platform based on Spotler Activate, Spotler Activate Search and Spotler Mail+. The existing CRM system (Filemaker Pro) was linked to the Spotler Activate CDP, which enabled advanced personalisations.
Through this link, Competence Factory was able to offer trainings from unfollowed clusters to existing customers, and last-minute discounts were pointed out via emails and on the website. Visitors who did not yet have an account were also referred to the loyalty program, which led to higher customer retention.
For UNICEF Netherlands, iO set up a content personalisation program, aimed at converting one-time donors into recurring donors. iO used Spotler’s platform to re-approach visitors who came via campaign sites and had not yet donated, when they returned to the website.
These personalisations recognised visitors from specific campaigns and reminded them of the ongoing campaigns, both via the navigation and on the website itself. This resulted in an increase in the number of repeat donations and more involvement of the target group.
