Spotler Mail+ connector for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

Integrate Spotler Mail+ with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM connector from GAC Business Solutions

The power of Spotler Mail+ and Dynamics 365 CRM

The connector exchanges contact data between Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Spotler Mail+. Contact data (of both leads and customers) are effortlessly synchronized, making working with separate export and import lists a thing of the past. This saves time and prevents errors.

This connector is developed by GAC Business Solutions.

Automatic data exchange

With the connector, new and changed contacts in Dynamics 365 CRM automatically become new and changed contacts in Spotler Mail+. This applies to both customers and leads. If you delete a contact in Dynamics CRM, all permissions are turned off for that contact in Spotler Mail+ so that this contact will no longer be emailed.

Selections directly in Spotler Mail+

Dynamics 365 CRM offers an extensive selection option based on all available data. With the push of a button, such a selection is immediately available – as a temporary list – for a new mailing in Spotler Mail+.

Control automation

With the connector, you can control automatic emailcampaigns in Spotler Mail+ from Dynamics 365 CRM. For example, think of a welcome process for new customers, an email with a brochure or various automatic ‘customer lifecycle campaigns’. Of course, you can personalize everything based on the data you have in CRM.

Response data back to Dynamics 365 CRM

Unsubscribes, opens, clicks and bounces are automatically processed and visible in Dynamics 365 CRM. An email address that is unreachable is registered as a ‘bounce’ in Spotler Mail+. You can have these bounces automatically followed up by the right account manager to restore contact via another channel. This keeps your file clean and creates new sales opportunities. In addition, you can use opens and clicks directly as a new segmentation criterion in Dynamics 365 CRM.
